definitely just an L banger crank.
could be offset ground to increase stroke but probably not
you could probably tell looking at both of them side by side or measure the stroke as others have said.

Even if it is "just" an L20B crank in an L16 block, that would be sign that someone has invested a fair amount of love (and money) into it. There's quite a bit of work to do it.

Definitely an interesting bit of gear.

yeh,ive taken 88ml pistons out of it,soo surely thats the limit of how far you can bore a l16

There are some l18 blocks that supposedly can go to 89mm but thats from 85mm
so using that formula beef cast l16 blocks would be limited to 87mm any more blowby
and bore flex has to be an issue. Very few L18 can go to 90mm but super rare.
Its always good to leave room for a rebore but these bore sizes are usually terminal.
That L16 block has had some time put into it thats for sure.
