For those of us lucky enough like myself and Lurch, we are back from the Tassie Tour and had a blast. My 260Z ran like a dream over the 1600kms we covered not including the track day at Simmons Plains.
My 260 and the old mans Fairlady.

I'll be Mr. Negative & say this 'assault' will never get off the ground.
There's not enough people who want to go & there is no one dedicated enough to organize it all.

that last saturday of Jan was referring to Buxton cruise which unfortunately i had to pull out of when the datsun sh*t itself like datsuns do, nothing stopped you from going ahead with it.

my work commitments are not allowing much to time to organise this at the moment, others are welcome to help out but it seems most people just like all the hard work and thinking done for them.

I would gladly drive to buxton on my own, but I really don't see the point.

Since no one can agree on dates anymore, and people aren't willing to make the time for cruises, I can't see even a short cruise happening for a while, let alone an interstate trip.

Maybe people interested can show up at pizza and organise things there. It's a good opportunity to meet and plan things.
