The event shall be known as the "Cooper Memorial”, hereinafter referred to as "the Event" and will be run as a
multi-club, special stage (sprint) rally. The event will be Round 4 of the 2010 Victorian Club Rally Series. It will be
run as one division of approximately 60 km competitive and approximately 60 km transport on private and public
roads in the Daylesford/Ballan areas, during night hours on Saturday August 21, 2010. The event will be fully
route charted and using A-A timing.

The event will be based at the Ballan Racecourse about 40mins west of Melbourne. There will be food and drink available all night, If possible
please stay after the event on Saturday night and help to support the locals who support us with much
enthusiasm.

Spectators
A spectator guide will be available at the start of the event and during the weeks prior to the event on

i think that they are still looking for officials and with only 60 km competitive it should be an early night for all
