Not sure if they are the ones dat2kman is talking about, but super rare none the less
how could you tell that they are "march magsport"? I mean they are in the photo of the car (I have the same rims on my car) but the name is not listed anywhere on that add.

I have never found any info on these wheels or any other photos of them ever!

would love to have any links if you do have them or where you got info on them.

sorry it's a bit off topic...

are these the magnesium wheels? does magnesium crack when it gets old? haha.

years ago I sourced and sold alot of stuff for the corolla guys, including importing 13, 14 and 15 inch wheels from japan.
I liked to find all the odd wheel brands, hence the info.
If they dont have march anywhere on them, they arent march.

They could also be something from bridgestone, I recall them doing a similar wheel design,
Let me check out pics in your thread and have a think about it

Edit: Bridgestone potenza TR-1 are a similar wheel

great stuff thanks Dan!

this is way off topic in a way if these race cars never ran with these wheels.

they are exactly the same with MARCH- MagSport written on them or else mine are copies that were poorly made.

as for magnesium. not sure these are the race wheels that were on the cars back in the day that dat2kman mentioned. i would have thought they would be one piece wheels.

Just further thought, it looks like this rare head is like the Napz design
with shallow ports, hemi and crossflow but with better chamber port shapes
and sizes to help an L28 make over 300hp in NA tune.
I wonder what the race figure was for this head and if combining 2 later NA20 heads
which have roller rockers and similar chevy race style chambers could be possible for something unique?
