Hey guys!

First of all thanks OZDAT for the stickey topic, should make it allot easier to find the info.

The Qld Performance Datsun Club meet on the first monday of every month @ 7pm.

Please find the upcoming events/meets/cruises below.

MNM August 6th - 104 New Market Rd, Windsor 7pm

Jamboree August 25/26 - Willowbank Raceway Ipswich

MNM September 3rd - Illana's Diner 3/10 Old Chatswood Rd Springwood (just off M1) 7pm

Cruise September 16th - Byron Sunrise cruise or TBA

MNM October 1st - Sumos Pizza 440 Brisbane Rd, Arundel (take helensvale south exit) 7pm (6.30 BP M1 for mini cruise)

MNM November 5th - Harries Diner 104 New Market Rd, Windsor 7pm

***T-shirt Update****

Late in July I was advised that our T-shirt printers machine had died and was unable to fulfill our order. The QPDC team worked tirelessly to get another supplier on short notice but were unsuccessful with our deadline of the 6th of August (today)

We apologise for the continued delay and can assure you that we value your support and continued membership and will have this issue resolved by Aug 25th at the Jamboree.

QPDC pride itself on its professional and fun environment and hope this setback does not affect your view of our growing club.

We still hope to see everyone out tonight.

yeh i can read :) but there has been talk of the jamboree but not much else, i just wanted to find out who is entering and IF we are doing a group entry thats all. cos it didnt get talked about on monday nite.

We have had some great interest from the callout for the Club Display. I have contacted the Jamboree team and found out the particulars.
A club display is free of cost (you just pay your usual admittance fee)
Only 6 cars can be part of a club display (bit of a bummer) but saying that it would still be great to see everyone out there with us.
We really want to have showcase all models and will be narrowing down our selection based on :.
Being a paid QPDC member.
Your car represents the club and model well.
Its different. We don't want 6 1600?s We want a great mix

QPDC will be having a club display on Sunday, we will be hoping to have stickers for sale, flyers to handout and also members polo for delivery to thier respective owners :)

6 cars can be part of a club display, the final list is to be advised tonight via email and sms tommorow morning.

Hopefully we will be able to have Chris's bbq as it is a crowd pleaser. It would be great for all QPDC members to come to our tba spot and say hello.

Hey QPDC,

Jamboree is fast approaching!!

This is the biggest event on the calendar for the 4cyl/rotary/hi tech scene.

QPDC will be holding a club display on the Sunday (yes thats right club displays are on Sundays this year.)

We will have flyers to hand out and stickers for sale, so come grab one for your other datto.

The final list is confirmed we had some trouble tracking down our last car on the display.

Every attempt has been made to showcase all models but alot of 1200's are off the road at the moment and only paying members could be on the display.

So drumroll please the announced list is:

Trents 1200 coupe, SR20DE powered

McGregors 1600 sedan SR20DET powered

Ryans 1600 sedan FJ20DET powered

Dereks 1600 sedan SR20DET powered

Pierres 1200 wagon A14 powered

Nathans 1600 sedan SR20DET powered.

We will be handing out the QPDC shirts (yes finally!!!) to our members.

On top of this I have organised for 25 addtional stickers to be made up and will be ready for sale on the Sunday.

This is a great oppotunity to show case the club and I will have flyers to hand out and also will be accepting memberships on the day. (stickers for immediate delivery to those early enough :)

If you defintatley want to pay membership on the day or alternativley just want another sticker for your other Datsun please let me know so I dont sell them all on you. ;)

Im looking forward to seeing everyone out there.

I also have a new camera im dying to try it out so look out for some great pics!

Hey Guys,

The next meet is moving to the coast.

The details are:

7pm Oct 1st - Sumo's Pizza, 440 Brisbane Rd, Arundel, Gold Coast

We will also all be meeting at BP M1 Yatala @ 6.30 for a mini cruise down.

We will be accepting memberships on the night as well.
