Hi all, I have noticed that everyone is saying in recent posts that heater taps are not available. There have been other suggestions that are not standard. I think I have found a new source. Here are photos of old and new. I have used the BB heater tap. It is mounted in the engine bay rather than the cabin so I think that is a bonus in itself. Attachment:
Just needed a simple bracket to mount it to the firewall. The beauty of this tap is that it is all plastic, so it shouldn't have any issues with corrosion. |
