Hey guys went to clean the dizzy up and change the button n cap before installing on this new motor and this hit the ground when I turned it upside down .
Can anyone identify what it is n where I need to put it back? Its an s 2 bluebird dizzy.

Could be wrong but it looks the it's the piece that goes in your dizzy cap and touches the rotor button when the cap is connected to the dizzy

Rad I'll check the new cap tomorrow thanks man I just couldn't see anything missing and hadn't even looked at the cap. I threw it out as soon as I'd unclipped it lol .
