i have a garret t17 turbo pulled from a saab 9-3 that I want to put in my 180b.
whats everyones thoughts and can I have help finding links to parts required to make this happen.
will I need a custom fabbed manifold or is there somewhere that sells them? and what would be a good
carb to use?
pretty much want to be able to purchase majority of the parts my self then have some mechanic mates help slap it all together.

Pretty much need a custom manifold, you sometimes see cheap 2nd hand ones pop up for sale but not often.

As to what else is needed /what carab, first question to answer would be whether you want a draw through setup (carb --> turbo --> engine) or blow through (turbo --> carb --> engine).

I think id like to do a blow through setup. apparently they are easier to setup and work with aswell?

Suck through with a dirty big Su on the front with a J pipe exhaust manifold set up would be cheapest and easiest.
No intercooler needed.
