Has anyone ever, cut a L20b head(U67) 2mm and a L16 block 1mm, put it together without the valves hitting the pistons??? The CR should be around 11-11.2:1.

I'm going to do this Monday, just want to know wat i should expect.

you must be using alot of cam tower shims to get the cam timming back in line?
L20 heads are a little more prone to detonation

thanks..havent gotten it done yet, as the next working day in wednesday here :D

Then i'll jus go with the W53 head as i dont have many options.
