Doesn't matter what engine or gearbox is used, you need the bearing carrier that matches the clutch pressure plate. There are different bearings as well.

Yea sorry, Should have been more specific,
L14 Flywheel pressure plate and clutch plate, (L14 and L16 share same thickness pressure plate,)
R30 5 speed,

By the look of it the bearing i have should fit all three carriers, Maybe there is more options i don't have,

I'll prob just bolt it all together on ground to make sure it works before fitting in car, Bit easier that way,

Thanks for the link I can probably use your pictures to make an educated guess of which combo to use,

All bearings will physically fit on all carriers, the issue arises because of the pressure plate. If you look closely, the "hole" in the diaphragm spring fingers in the pressure plate is slightly larger in diameter from one type of plate to the other. The bearings have a slightly different outer race (with the "ridge" that presses on the pressure plate fingers further out on one)

Fit the wrong one and the bearing won't press in the correct place n the fingers of the pressure plate.
