What are you talking about?? [/quote]i went past the lock up one and didnt even bother stoppin there has to be more of a effort made!

You didn't make much of an effort by just driving past. If you have been reading any prevoius post you would know that it was a successfull turnout, ~20 datsuns started the cruise, and many have posted there positive feedback on this thread.

???????? Why does there have to be more than 3 16's? I thought it was great seeing all sorts of datto's and not all 16's. I think that it was an excellent turnout man as it wasnt adevertised really hard! It wasnt the nationals it was just a cruise. 4 sum ppl cruise's aint their cup of tea. I'm sure if we all had flyers we would of had half of adelaide out! What time did you go past? cos when i rocked up there was more then 20 cars man. I thought it was a great day! even if it was only me and my mate in our 16's! Thats just my opinion. No harsh feelings......

a 1600 isnt everyones cup of tea! i have one but it just sits in my shed and takes up space. the only time it will leave the shed in a hurry is to be pushed out so my other car can go in there. and it is the last on my list of cars to do anything to.
i would profer to drive my one owner (well 2 now) 180B.

just my 2 cents

I am a new member and have just joined this forum as a result of that cruise. I was the one with the black 1200 sedan with my brother and his yellow 1000. I heard about it when it was mentioned on the datsun 1200 club site. I am looking forward to the next cruise and am able to rope along a few more datos as well. Keep up the good work guys and girls and i do hope that a S.A dato club does eventuate.
Cheers,
Anthony

some decent meeting spots up north would be:

-Golden Grove Village Shopping centre
-Bunning Mile End
-St. Agnes Shopping Centre Roof top carpark(Cnr. Nth East and Hancock)
-Hope Valley Shopping Centre (Grand Junction Rd. near shell)(quite area)
-City Dismantlers (Gepps Cross)
-Parafield Carwash (near the airport, tyrepower, bunning etc.)
-Ingle Farm shopping Centre(alot of cruises meet here so cops know bout it
- TTP (too public)
-Collinswood Maccas (near ABC building Nth East Rd)

Some hills Spots could be...
-Gumeracha(rocking horse on the way out of town)
-Birdwood (motor museum)
-couple of small spots down the gorge road.
-Mt. Barker (sports oval carpark)
-Murray Bridge(Maccas carpark)

thats a couple of possibilities....
