Guys,

I've noticed alot of questions about offsets and the like.

I've been using this tool for a while and it quickly and easily allows your to work out backspacing/offsets.

Cheers

wow that's impressive, I've always used this one http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp but it's way more simple compared to what Tim just posted. Great find!

One problem I have just encountered is that it will not allow you to dial in any tyre stretch...

I've been trying to calculate a 9.5 wide wheel wearing 235s and it wont do it :(

I think this is where the good old tyre stretch .excel file comes in handy....

^^^ Yep been using that one for a while now.

works real well, but note when it gives you the difference of how much the wheel will sit out or in, it is measured from the tyre and not the rim.

if you change the tyre with on the same rim with the same offset the calculation changes the total measurement.

I have this problem but my trusted mechanic was repair it and maintain also but works real well, but note when it gives you the difference of how much the wheel will sit out or in, it is measured from the tyre and not the rim.
