I know this has been covered before, but what parts need to be kept or swapped when installing the struts. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure you would need to weld a different spring and strut to on to fit them in your strut towers. The other option is go get coilovers.

Thanks for the help, But I am trying to stay away from Coilovers as this will be my sons 1st car and wont be able to mod plate anything, so we are keeping it as stock but sporty as possible.
