Lowering my 180b, I have springs but do I need to get struts aswell?

By struts do you mean the cartridge insert?
Lowering the front can result in the springs jumping off the lower seat if the car becomes airborne or the suspension goes into full rebound.
Not normally a problem because the spring has nowhere to go but back into the seat when the weight of the car returns :wink:
So if you are doing a 30mm drop or so that shouldn't be a problem :roll:

Don't know... I got told I need them but my mate has aftermarket springs on original struts
