Just wanting to replace my front and rear springs and shocks and lower it about an inch. Thinking of going with King springs 30mm lower but just unsure on which shocks to go with. I will be fitting 240k struts when I do the springs too

for street and occasional track work you cant go past the price and performance of kyb shocks from baz at datsport. I would have a absolute max of 250 lb front springs and 800 rears.
Neg 1.5 degrees camber on front with 1mm toe in each side.
Neg -5 to 1 on rear with 2mm toe in each side

I like Kings and Kyb's...
What struts you got now? Be carefull of any change in strut height. You may need a slightly different spring height...

I run Standard issue LOW 180b kings on the front but have cut the soft section of the coil to lower eyebrow height to 320mm. if you leave the progressive soft section in eyebrow height is ~350-360mm. I run Munroe Gas-GT dampers front and rear.

Rear springs are unknown stiff standard height units I picked up for $20 on ebay, that I've cut to give a 320mm eyebrow height. I've used catalogue spec kings in the past as well and they've been perfect on a daily. There are some pretty good deals on ebay for front and rear kings or 180b's at the moment.

Eyebrow height (if you don't know) is the distance between the hub centre and the lip of the guard.

Regards
Jordan

P.S:This is a 320mm eyebrow on a 180b rear running 15x7 +20 rims with a 215/50R15 tyre on mine

Got myself some 240k struts made by datrally 20 years ago that have sat under a mates house since the 90's, they have volvo 4 spot calipers and big discs.... Just need springs now :)

Fitted the lowered Kings today and still not really low enough but certainly does handle a lot better, if I ever rego it I'll try cutting the springs a little to lower it a tad more
