Greetings I am putting together a parts pile for my stanza (called a 510 here in the US) I gave the car to my niece to use for college. She recently decided to give it back. One problem it's on the other side of the country.

I decided to take two weeks off and drive it back...

Before I do I need to fix a couple issues. The front struts are guides more than dampers, the rear shocks were made in 1981 and my brother in law has done something to the car to give it a rake....

I have bought new shocks and inserts so that's handled but the springs are not. I need to know what diameter the springs are front and rear. Here in the us this generation Datsun was shunned by the aftermarket so I have to be inventive...

All I need is the outside diameter and I'll be set.

S13 Silvia rear springs are the same. not the fronts though.

Have a look through this catalogue and see if the std stanza spring part # is the same as another model. the rears from an excel and a mirca seem to be the same part number. and a 260c.
