Another tihng i noticed, when first looking at the dyno sheet was; it says gears: 4 ??
would that have anything to do with the wrong torque reading ?? 4 gears instead or 5 ?
5 gears, you would have a lower final drive ratio ??
or does the gearbox have nothing to do with it ?? ..lol i wouldn't know
it means the run was done in fourth gear, which is 1:1 on a sr20 gearbox.
as i just finished explaining, the torque reading isnt wrong, its just uncorrected.
the dyno roller size and gear ratio (and wheel size) affect the torque that the dyno reads.
what was wrong was my original understanding of what that torque figure meant.

Time for an update..........

Current set-up is:

SR20DET running 19psi boost
Strandard Crank
Standard Rods
Forged 10.5:1 CP pistons
Tomei Poncams
Adjustable cam gears
Cometic Head Gasket
Standard inlet Manifold
Standard Throttle Body
Custom Exhaust Manifold
Garret GT2876r (modified for external gate)
Tial 38mm External gate with screamer pipe
PWR Intercooler
740cc Nismo injectors
E85 Fuel from Power Plus
Motec ECU

Normally runs a 36mm restrictor which previously made 309hp. Quick tune yesterday with no restrictor for fun resulted in 400hp at the wheels.
