Hey Guys,

I am looking for new non-retractable seatbelts for a 1600 510. Everything I find is retractable however I am looking for a direct replacement for the originals that will mount in the original holes etc. Any leads? This is about all I can find however I am unsure of their quality...

Cheers!

If you are not looking for one that look like the original, Klippan brand are ADR approved.

You can get them from various suppliers, you just need to work out the lengths you need.

e.g.:

Is it possible to get anything that remotely looks like the originals that are ADR approved?

Fairly certain anything new these days will have a black plastic look to it with orange release buttons.

The klippan ones you can get with an adjustable buckle, like the originals, but with the black/orange buckle.

Any reason you dont want retractable? Datsport sells a kit for them:

Do you currently have a set of 'used' non-retractable seat belts? Someone on AusRotary was a doing a concourse restoration on a Mazda R100 and found a place that would put new belts in his original buckles.

when I had my own upholstery business there was a guy near Campbelltown Sydney who fixed large tents and truck tarps, he was certified to fix belts, maybe try some large motor trimmers in you area if they don't do it they may know some one who can

Cheers Nrm
