Very cool wagon. These wagons have an italian flavor, remind me a lot about earlier Fiats.

My 1400 estate is quiet rare here in Malta as very few were imported. Many 1200 estates with shorter backs and back leaf springs were common and vans, but not 140y s with coil rear springs.

Nice wagon. In the US the name was Datsun 210.

It is very well kept. Congratulations.

:cheers

some info i found from a previuos owner about my 120y 2 door wagon...
old bloke was a mechanic for the peace core in africa he bought it new all mods are made by him like the hatch in the boot this was done whil in africa not too sure about when he put the clock in he is now 90 years of age and was a very sad sale he made me promise to make sure the car is looked after and him and his wife were in tears the car was always serviced bu the original owner and like I mentioned before I am only the 3rd or 4th person to sit in the driver seat he also mentioned to me it has done 3,000,000 Plus what the odomiter says

also car was RE VIN PLATED when it was imported it is down on the pappers somewhere dont know why but is says it was changed before being allowen on auz roads

G'day guys,

Wagoons are cool  . Here's my latest purchase: 1977 180b 8) .

The photo on the hoist was when it had the lowered springs in the front and lowering blocks in the back. The photos outside are at standard height.

These were taken out the front of the workshop (Giorgio Mechanical Repairs, Caboolture, Thanks Tony!) after getting all the suspension, bushes and brakes replaced, they also did a good job of cleaning and respraying all parts and places where the work was done. Looks great! I did get it lowered but it didn't work out, so now it's back to original height:C:C Would love to have it lowered but it was not functional (riding on the bumpstops and scrubbing guards whilst cornering).

I've got brand new original 180b hubcaps to go on to it and when these tires wear out I'm getting whitewalls. Those aren't the original wheels, although they are 13's, I don't know if the hubcaps will fit. I'll find out on Sat, when I get it back home. If anyone knows of someone that wants to sell some original datsun 13's give me a hoy, I'm on the hunt for some!

Yeah it's a C110 wagon (a 240K is a silly Australian badge for our C110s), but a lot of the trimming is different to any 240K.
