hey guyz,
just bought this datsun!!
ahhh over the moon

sandblasted, all rust removed, very straight , painted tangerine orange ,new rubbers tail lights side indercaters interior light and black carpet ,2 sets of inner and outter door handles and window winders, 13" hot wire mags, 1800 motor with 32/36 weber ,sss stanza 5 speed dog box, extractors and 2" exhaust, original seats.

ahhh its the best feeling knowing that you now own your very first car let alone at datsun !! yewwwwwww :D :D :D :D :D :P :P :P

Yeah, got it last saturday, sorry for not updateing, but the thing is its about 25Klm's away from my house (at my Grandma's) cos my dad and my brother have there VWs in our garage.. no room for my car :cry: so working on it is hard.
i plan to go up and work on it tomorrow so i will get better photo's then, and keep you's updated. Can anyone get me a engine bay wireing diagram ??

im planning to re-do the interior black and white, and i gotta get some funds for my engine re-build. but atm its just work work work for me to get some $$$ and then go from there.

Pics... photos are pritty crappy no thanx to my mums fancy arse camera..
a few photo's of the goodies that i have so far..;
new genuine rear tailights made in Jap
new genuine side indicators made in Jap

and twin ponts dizzy... what is better twin points dizzy or elec dizzy ?

will try and get some better body foto's at a later date (to sunny today)

lookin good 8) , nice colour
to answer your question about the dizzys, in my expericance go for the electric dizzy if you have one, when i put my electric dizzy on my L18 it ran smoother, was more responsive and started up better and you dont have to ajust the point gap all the time, but thats compairing it to a worn out single point dizzy, i have also red somewere that the single point dizzys are better then the twin point dizzys, but if it is in good condition just stick with it and give it a go

Hey every1,
thanx for the comments :D
get my motor back from the machinist on Wed. after 800$$ of machining 8)
then i gotta paint the block and then finished porting the head and then rebuild the head with HD springs,stock valves 72deg. cam with pads from baz.. hopfulaly i can get a rollmaster kit from baz ?? and yeah then put it together, kit the carbies... and yeah shold be able to get it in the car soon.
