Any updates Aaron? Did you end up getting the A/C going? I remember seeing your car at the Orient Express day and was looking at the outlets on the firewall thinking that must be for air conditioning.

Long time since I have posted

Speed Hut gauges are all in and work well, recommend them for anyone wanted the retro look in a new electronic gauge.

I did have a issue with installing the temp sensor
First I broke the adapter for the stock SR temp sensor position

Then I broke the temp sensor

This created an expensive exercise. New sender, new adaptor, thread tap and a bigger drill bit

Drilled out the sensor on the SR. Not a lot of room, very thin wall.

As you can see its a lot bigger than the stock temp sender.

I also made it a bit lower lately too

I've always wanted to know what is inside one of those temp sensors, thanks for making it happen!
I remember drilling and tapping right next to the factory sensor to put my VDO sensor in. Good times for sure...

Hi Aaron,
How's the car coming along? Anything else happening to it?

Of you've got time, I'm wondering when you fitted your seats if you used the original Subaru runners and mounting tabs? I know you welded in new seat braces front and rear.

I'm probably going to fit some myself and I'm getting ideas of how they've been done.
Have you got some pics of the seat slides if you modified them?
