Still want a Stanza though...

Parts car in the driveway, RX-4 (clone) station wagon in the carport, crashed 1300 in the street.
My missus can't understand why I want another car??

Nice. Always wanted one. Have wanted a 78 or 79 Stanza since I first drove one way back in 1999-ish. **** got into Mazdas and rotaries instead.

I'd gladly own a decent Stanza any day of the week and yours is one of the best I've ever seen.

I was lucky enough to be chauffeured around in this car on the weekend. The car's condition is a credit to it's two owners, it rides extremely well for an old car and getting in the car is like stepping back into 1979. I don't think it could have fallen into better hands :)

Gday ive got one of these stanza coupes which I am going to restore and I love it to bits... I got an fj20 which I want to put in it,the car does not have original running gear unfortunately, it has been sprayed rosa corsa Ferrari red and has black velour interior Do you know anywhere I can get parts for this gem? I need front grille with correct round headlights(car currently has rectangular headlights from later stanza and incorrect grille) they are a cool looking car!!!!

Get some pics up mate! good to hear of another stanza coupe.
FJ20 is a great choice, im 3/4 of the way through putting one in a stanza sedan.
As for a round grille, the coupe specific grille wont be easy to find, but a regular round headlight stanza grille will fit, and the surrounds will bolt on, (or 200b ones work also).
