Hey Everyone , This is my 1982 Stanza , It was originally my Grandmothers car , Bought brand new .
It was a Yellow GL Manual , I got my hands on it in 1990 , 38000kms on it , ive got pics I will find n scan
As you can imagine after having a car for over 20 years it has a history . Several Rebuilds,Motors,drivelines etc, learnt a lot the hard way and happy to share and write this cars novel.
As it is Now , Just to give a brief over view
1982 Stanza , S14a SR20det & S14 GearBox , Shortened R31 28spline 3.9 LSD Built Diff , Hilux 4spot Calipers, Z Rotors Front , R31 Discs Rear
R31 Brake Master Cyl , Custom 3" ThickWall Tailshaft , Custom 3inch Mandrel Exhaust ( Not even a hiflo cat , 10years ago we didn't have them )
I love this car , its always been great to drive , and power to weight ratio is fanastic ,
1020kg wet , 260hp @ 10psi . has made 297hp @14+

nice. what size rims are you running? Where did you get the front spoiler from?

Rims are 17 x 8s , with the right off set for a stanza , lucked out got them from a mate off his 1200 ute , Front Spoiler is Aftermarket Bluebird Ser2

8's is what I wanted to hear. if you could get the offset that would be mad. I want 15 x 8 +15 for mine. pretty sure they will fit the front. Will update later on today but front screen is out so it's dash and string column + box

From Memory they are +20 offset , 205/40/17 had to roll the front guards when it was lower , and rear sits nice as we shortened the diff a little more the we needed , too accommodate larger rubber at a later stage .

+20, good to know thanks. Have you kept the stanza heater box and plumbed it into the SR water? I am tossing up ditching mine and running an electric demister. Might be a bit silly in Canberra though.

Does anyone know the idenity of NIS082. I have sent him (or her) a pm but notice he hasn't been on the site for 12 months so it's unlikely he will get the pm. It's always good to find another enthusiast in SE Qld and he has a pretty impressive Stanza.
