Its a work in progress, exterior needs a lot of tidying up, and I've not yet got to making much more grunt (its probably ~155rwkw on a good day).

Very nice, are you going to remove the covers on the rear tail lights?

Cheers

In the short term, just a 600x300x?? front mount intercooler, split dump/front pipe and maybe GT-R 440cc injectors with a remap. With some more revs and 16-17psi boost that should go close to 200rwkw or a bit more.

In the longer term I'd like to go to tomei procams and solid lifters, N1 water and oil pumps (with a crank collar), do some oiling system mods, freshen the bottom end and fit some cosworth pistons, so basically the supporting mods for a lot more boost, and a lot more revs. Probably have to look at an R33 box at that stage...But that part is distant project sort of stuff for when I finish uni finally.
Will probably revise suspension with more rose joints and stuff, bilsteins instead of the mix and match arrangement etc, sometime in the future. Needs some major brake steroids, thats something I'll do once and do right.

Nah I don't reckon, personally I reckon that looks pretty cheap. The series one coupes and hardtop sedans do have the weird stovetop lights with no covers, but thats actually a completely different light assembly, with a different centre panel, different filler underneath etc.
I may get a fresh set in the smoke tint soon though (theres a smokey clear, and a pink tint, randomly scattered through the production).

Floody,

What do you think of the VG30 turbo? I've got one and reckon they are pretty good, but down low there isn't that much. Top end is fantastic. It just keeps pulling all the way through to 8!
What sort of boost you running at the moment? Supposedly the VG30's only take around 1.2 before the shear the impeller wheel.
I'm running 12 @ the moment, and it's pretty good.

Haha, look at the clones :P Yeah a good set of rims makes all the difference.

Ahh I'm impressed with this BB VG30 turbo. Its actually better off boost and more responsive than the original one, and doesn't run out of puff, ever. 1.2bar limit...well that would be plenty for my purposes anyway, but right now I'm only running 10psi as that already outflows the factory airflow cut. In short, its fantastic for $300!
Will be a lot better when I have a larger intercooler and injectors, proper 3" front pipe off the turbo and a remap so it doesn't cut, and doesn't make itself stupidly rich up high...
