Cam do you know the silver/grey colour of the rear panel that the tail lights sit in? I'm also trying to get the dimensions of the Masonite panel that sits in the boot near the fuel tank? can you help?

I know the tail light panel, fuel tank panel has a few funny corners on it from memory and my cars don't stay with me. Best bet would be to bring a piece of butchers paper to all jap and make a template if you want, not long now.

Great idea, I spoke to one of the guys and took down a large number of measurements and took a few photos so I should be good for the Masonite panel, fingers crossed.

Thanks for the pics of your blue 240K, it looks great.
Does anyone know the name of the silver/gunmetal colour that the rear panel and grill are painted? I've looked around and I'm not having any luck getting a colour or code.
Any help would be appreciated.

The general consensus is there is no code available for them. You basically have to match the paint to an original sample

See link for more info.

Thanks for this. I've gone to the link and asked to join. This looks like it may be a great site to help the rebuilding of my 240K.
