Tom,
It's like horse riding. Females like something with power between their legs.
Something which you have never been able to supply to Katie...
I've got the power, trust me, see my avatar? That's how big it is, seriously, amazing, so put your manners back in. It's just hard to please a woman when you can't look her in the eye during the vinegar stroke. It doesn't help that with her shoes off she can do her hair in the rear view mirror of a semi trailer without standing on her toes. I mean she has to stoop a bit to get it done.

But I do appreciate the fact that she is giving the Zed some love. She and Paul were mates too. Even if he did think she was a bitch.
I'm sorry Nic, it's just with the recent feature article in a magazine recently and that frizbat hairdo still does things to me.

I'll be flying in to Melbourne tonight to visit young James and will be discussing all things from Datsuns to MR2s and my possible feature on Top Gear, so hopefully I will be able to see the car he replaced his nice Zed with and report back on how nice the front looks after coming into contact with the back of another car. After that I will hopefully be having dinner with Nicole and seeing just how badly the old Zed was being repaired.

Although it could all turn very pear-shaped. If all goes to plan and Nicole drinks too much wine I'll be radioing in to young Tom and he will flying in to capture Nicole and take her back to the church for a fight to death with Katie. It might seem hypothetical in the extreme, but I might have to come in and save the day like I used to do on the Bond sets. Not bad for a gentleman of my age.

I had forgotten how awesome this thread was. Takes me back to the days when Ozdat was fun, and there were Moore than ten people who posted.

For those who didn't know / understand, I purchased the James May Mobile a few years ago.

After some epic rust removal, panel beating & getting the front end pulled out, it's now painted in it's original 305 Light Metallic Blue.
It's also sold & is heading to Sydney with it's new enthusiastic owner this weekend (8/8/2015).

I'll get some more photo's up once it's been fully assembled, but for now here's what it looked like a couple of days after the paint went on.

Here's the rest of the build photo's if anyone is interested:

Would somebody prevent May from buying any sort of decent car again. Ever. I'm starting to get really shat off by the sight of perfectly good old dattos getting ruined by this stoner dropkick...

Yeah.... But first the 200B, and then this... I mean, come on - give the man a VS commie or something, not a perfectly good datto...
Oh BTW nice work lurch, I quite like that color...

Well since it went to Sydney the new owner hasn't been hanging about!
It's been converted to L28e & 5 Speed manual with a 3.9 ratio diff, new rear brakes & a partial suspension rebuild.
AND it was finally registered in NSW today!

He also has a set of Simmons V4's to go on shortly ;)
