Hi, Im chris and this is my Datsun 1200 2dr wagon. Ive owned it for 2years now and ive dummy mounted a CA18 with plans to drop in a Turbo one once purchased. Fabricated a new tunnel, A custom X-member also sump notch. In the process of taking every panel back to bare metal and fixing rust and will end in full respray in orginal burnt orange.Suspension will be 280Z struts and brakes with adj coilover conversion. Hilux lsd in the back running discs as well. Wheels are 13x7 Jilba racing wheels,very JDM. Water to air intercooler setup and CA18det bluebird radiator.

wow thats awesome! the tatt is keen..! you guys are so lucky to get the 2 dr wagons over there, i had a 1200 4 dr wagon with a CA in it and it hauled, also had the hilux LSD and it was bulletproof. keep the pics coming

Just out of curiosity, what sort of car did you use to tow the 1200 when it was just a shell? Is it a Sunny 2dr wagon? How did it tow?

It's a toyota KE70 "DX" corolla wagon. It would have been mind numbingly slow as a tow vehicle. They have a 1300cc 4k in them. They a sooo slow without towing. I'm sure Chris will vouch for this.
