I think you may be able after all the US PA10 (stanza) had a similar small
port FIA type head. I know a stanza that was allowed to run with a full fia head as it was deemed to be a ported us model.
BTW the S110 was built on the Stanza platform & apart from the shape & power plants
is much the same car.

Sean,

CAMS can give you copies (at a price) of the homologation papers for most (if not all) FIA Homologated vehicles including the amendments for PRC.

If you can produce an Australian copy of the Manufacturer's Workshop Manual that shows that model with the engine you want to run, you don't have to have a copy of the homologation papers. At least that is my understanding.
