Let me know how it all goes and what it costs. Is yr stag a turbo? Why the gas? Not having a go, just intermarested.

other options are to go with a nistune and have an economical tune on pump 95 but need to speak to people and gain a bit more knowledge.

gas because its cheaper - not more economical in 99% of instances but the $/L makes it worth the while.
Stags are thirsty beasts and its likely that because the Mrs wants a new car i'm faced with the delema of replacing the stagea or keep it, and if i sell it what can i get which is in the same ball park of $$$, features, performance, room etc...
because i have found no real comparison at this stage i'm trying to get the $$ per KM lower to justify keeping the the staega for my daily work duties
At the moment stagea gets 350km from 68L tank @ $1.38 P L (98) and i will in just getting too and from work travel about 25,000km per year
Gas also has a higher octane (101) but that is of no interest to me - just want to make it cheaper to own - finding it very hard.
Mrs drives it 5kms to and from work at the moment and i drive a 1.5 laser which costs $40 per week driving like a tool and with aircon on. the laser will be leaving us to make room for the new car which is likely to be a 1.5L Auto 4 door swift.
