I was going to change my front shocks (inserts) over on my stanza. Should I do the springs as well? What brands are cheap and good for shocks and springs (don't think i'll change these though)??

Thanks. Are all of these available in Australia? If so, does anyone have any prices, or other suggestions?

Cheers
Michael

Michael,

A bit more info would help. What is it being used for? Track Days? Hill Climbs? Daily Driver? Rallying?

Most, if not all, those shocks are available in Aust to my knowledge.

Shock absorbers convert the Kinetic Energy into Thermal Energy. So bigger is better for thermal stability (more consistent shock behaviour over bigger temperature ranges). Also, I advise getting the bump and rebound valving rates matched to the spring rates (for non-adjustable shocks which can be re-valved - not all can be re-valved).

Some brands like Bilstein, Koni, etc, may not make shocks specifically to fit Stanza struts, so you will have to get the closest fit...
