Don't use 2nd hand seat belts. Saving dollars ain't worth your life.

Your local parts place will be able to help you. A webbing lap/sash non-retracting belt will fit just about anything, and set you back less than $100 per belt. If you want retractable belts, and a stalk for the buckle, it gets a little more complicated. You'll need to look firstly at the mounting of the stalk - does it mount flat (horizontally) on the floor, or does it mount vertically onto the transmission tunnel or seat? Then measure how long the stalk needs to be, to snugly put the buckle down next to the base of the seat and get your hips tight. Now, look at where the retractor is going to mount. Does it sit ON or IN the pillar? Will the belt go straight up from the retractor to the shoulder point, or does it angle a little bit one way or the other?

Once you've got all that information, you can order a set of Klippan belts that will do the job - probably costing about $130 - $150 per belt.
