hey guys,

tossing up between two pairs of rear shocks, both by brands i have had no experience with.. the boge are an oil type and the girlings are a gas. has anybody used either of these before? they are for a 1200 coupe/1000 rear. can't find a kyb shock for the rear and can't afford to get konis to match the front.

any suggestions/experiences appreciated!

Std KYB shocks are available.
I have confirmed that the mono gas are still available ex Japan.
we have to buy a full carton of them tho.
The mono are great on 1200s, Unfortunately they stopped bringing them in about 8 years back

Boge are factory on bmw's theyre a touring shock and not exactly stiff.. Comparible but better quality and usually as stiff as the monroes if that helps at alll.
