Having abit of trouble working out wiring.
Im planning on converting to elec windows, but not sure where to start.

Can anyone supply a wiring diagram?

I have a Leccy window kit in the shed which may have a schematic.
I can fish it out for you if you wish.
Might be detailed enough for you to use as a reference

Sorry, no schematic.
This is the manufacturer I purchased my kit from: -
http://www.rapidelectronics.com.au/
They have the 4 window kit on special ATM: -

No relays are used, just rocker switches.
IMO, I would use a kit instead of building one from scratch

This video explains it quite well :

Nissanman, I would love to see those things in action .. I found their explanation video showing each part but I don't trust they would be able to wind up an old worn Datto window with ease without feeling/sounding like it is struggling

You are probably right, but I would renovate the winder mechanism first.
Thorough clean, re-lube and new window channel felt should do it.
Must admit, I haven't yet installed my 2 door kit yet but apparently the motors are quite powerful.

I have worked out the schematic for my power window kit if you want a copy.
As I suspected, it uses some very unique rocker switches to do the job.
I have also worked out a modification to drive the motors via relays in lieu of having the rocker switches handle all that current.
Ideally, power window motors should be supplied 12V via a self resetting circuit breaker, not a fuse.
This is to ensure that if the window jams or is held for any reason, the motor is protected and the power will re-connect after the circuit breaker has cooled down.
