The I had heard it more to 73 To 10.
Don't bother though, just get the sender rebuilt to the gauge you're going to use. That way its accurate.

"My FSM says 510 sedan tank is 12US gallons, but you'd be sputtering long before you got all 12 gallons out of it. 10.8 gallons might be more like it.

Factory Datsun Fuel tank senders are roughly 10-12 ohms when full, 25 ohms at 3/4 tank, 35 ohms at 1/2 tank, 55 ohms at 1/4 tank, and 80-90 ohms empty"

Above info is from an AMERICAN web site when i was chasing the same info.
Hope it helps. Also i tried a multi meter on my sender unit and came up with very close to the same readings for empty and full--didn't check the 1/4's.

Measure it yourself. Or do a search... I've mentioned before what mine measures.
