So after a long time i've decided to actually do some work on my 1600... Being a certified tight arse the plan is to get the SR20DE running with a T28 and stock S13 SR20DET ECU, coil packs, CAS, injectors, AFM etc

So I stripped out the bay and gave it a coat of Silver (hopefully what the whole car will end up one day). Added new master cylinder and clutch master:

Then dropped in the SR20DE - really does need a clean!

Installed larger sump - this picture also shows the Turbo drain hole

Installed rocker stoppers & redtop injectors:

Installed CAS:

Installed Cooler:
[ img ]
[ img ]
Added an expansion tank from a Volvo 540 - slightly different to the common one most people use but should work. Modified the Volvo bracket to suit:

bees D!ck between the engine mount and the T28... however this is loosely bolted up and i need to recheck once i get gaskets/oil lines
