R32 brakes should be firm as on the pedal with the right master cyl size...

Did you bleed the master cylinder before you started on anything else?

"Got a brake and suspension set up from datsport ##Mod Edit####"

The header "###Mod Edit####" is great too.
Why not "Need help, How do you bleed brakes properly"

Thats not a good start. Would be much better if you said " I am having difficulty in getting them working correctly"
You make it seem that the product is bad.

Call me & I will guide you through the correct procedure.

Bleed master first and generally rears and then fronts. Might not hurt to open a front bleeder in order to get more peddle travel to shove any air out the backs. Once they are done then re-do the fronts.
