Does anyone know a good online shop for purchasing automotive nuts and bolts?
I cant seem to find any good ones.
Champion bolts seem to be fairly good quality but they do not sell to the public over the internet

www.probolt-australia.com/ is an alright one but it doesnt sell normal steel bolts and nuts.

I am looking for the standard high tensile yellow plated automotive bolts/nuts

I am a little worried about re-plating standard bolts or anything high tensile due to hydrogen embrittlement

Ill have a look at Coventry Fasteners

Automotive style nuts and bolts seem hard to get, the 2 local bolt shops near me have no idea where to get them, there doesn't seem to be much online either.

Options I see are obviously replateing or new nuts and bolts from nissan(which I'm sure would cost a fortune if you need quite a few)

This site has a few smaller automotive bolts. Pretty cheap.

Tristan at probolt-AUS is good to deal with(I'm pretty biased his shop is in our work complex)

I had a guy in a van come into work a while ago, he sold everything from auto panel bolts(guard bolts with the captive washers) to fuses and relays and everything in between. I'll have to dig up his business card because I'm sure it had a website on it.

Wurth also sell Automotive bolts, in the pretty yellow zinc plating as well. Forch may do so as well, not sure. Just need to track down the local representative for your area.
