 Post subject: datsun 510 coilover

Hi Can any body help me .I've put Maddat coilover for my dato 510 and would like to put 17" wheels on it . I would like to know what offset would fit on the strut. ta Chris

Speak to the guys at Maddat. They do answer their emails even though they are so busy.

Assuming you aren't changing the rolling diameter, then the more relevant measurement is the width.

I'm running 200B struts with 296 mm Rotor and 4 spot calipers.

Rota rb is available in 17x7.5 +20 test fit indicates no issues with 240k struts on a 1600 but a slight pull on the front guards and lipping guards front and rear is expected

Rb looks like superlite / minilight

Might have other styles that suit as rota seem to support the older cars with the right offsets

I've spoken Scott at Maddat I needed to find rims with a 12 offset for these coilover strut.
