A couple of weeks ago I bought a l20b in pieces for a build I am planning.
I finally went to start on it today to find that 2 of the main bearing caps are missing.
What can I do?
Can I use caps from another engine and have it line bored if so is the cost and time worth the effort?
or should I put this block aside and get another whole block?

all and any advice would be great

thanks robbie

considering that you will probley need to find another motor to take the caps from, I would just find another complete block.

I have a couple of l16s and a couple of l18s if I was going to get it line bored could I not take the caps off of one of them and get it all bored to the rite size?
but once again what is that cost like compared to that of another l20?
