I have a 1600 wagon with the open center 23 spline H190 which needs an upgrade,

After looking around for information the plan seems to use the currently installed alloy H190 housing, a 4.11 C&P (no spacer required apparently), A 29 spline LSD center (If I can get one) and some cut down to length 29 spline bluebird axles,

This should keep machining to minimum (only need to cut down and re-spline axles), But what about the bluebird axle bearings, will the bearing OD fit inside the axle tube?

Stud pattern doesn't change, and drum brakes should fit back over.

so pretty much everything hopefully should bolt back right in or am I missing something?

I can supply you a complete 29 spline H190 centre, it has 3.9 gears fitted.
You will then need to source Series 3 Bluebird axles, and have them docked off and re-splined.

Alternatively, i can supply ready made axles that are ex Datsun Sports 2000 in 29 spline, BUT, not sure if axle housing length is same.
Will need to know YOUR axle length to compare.
Located Brisbane, freight is no issue.
