Hi I have been searching for ages and can't find heaps don't know if I'm doing it right anywY. Was after solutions for a linkage kit on 1600 and what people have done. I wanna keep original pedal and don't wanna cut anything. I have twin dellortos with centre pull linkage but need to connect it to accelerator linkage now has anyone got any ideas? Thanks sorry if this has been covered before.

I needed a cable pull type throttle linkage on my 510 for the FJ20 throttle plate.
I welded a small tab on the end of the accelerator arm inside the cabin where the ball joint was.
Drilled a hole and a slot to engage the cable end and job done

The little knob on the end of the pedal arm can be drilled off easily to add a bolt or fitting to hold a cable.

I'll take pics of the solution I developed in my 180b. Was suprised how well it works and how professional it looks.

With the right inlet manifold you can use the stock linkages...
