I've read s12 gazelle diffs go into the stanza with massaging
but as they are a bit thin on the ground how hard is it to adapt a bluey s3 or similar h190 alternative?
Is it easy to have the stanza mounting points welded onto the blue bird diff?
Look to swap to rear end and save up for lsd one day.

Plenty 910's here.
S12's were a bit rare, but are slightly narrower than 910 h190
Some s12's had the r180 irs setup.

I don't know the exact width of the Stanza diff but putting a Bluebird H190 diff into a 200B pushes the wheels out about 15mm either side. So if the S12 diff is shorter than would be beneficial depending on wheel offset.

I've got a H190 under the back of my stanza. I was told when I bought the car it was out of a gazelle. It also came with a spare diff housing that I'm told is a gazelle one. The wheels seem to sit easily inside the guards with normal offset wheels. The spare housing seems really light to pick up and the one in the car has been reinforced with RHS but its a rally car. I can't remember if any of the mounts have been moved.

Measurement isn't the issue with fitting. Finding one is

Ok going with blue bird diff h190 due to ease of parts etc
just need someone in melb that can graft the stanza diff mounts onto the bluebird diff
I could call diff shops but rather find a talented member here

Well fell across a gazelle diff. Now what exactly needs modding to stop the bushes flogging out?

From What I've read it's the bottom link bushes that flog out with gazelle diffs In stanzas but no one actually says what nerds to be modded or how.
.
Any one got the answers for me? Cherrs

You will need to reposition the link brackets on the housing. They are further apart than Stanza.
DONOT use Urethane bushes.

Only the lower mounts on the gazelle diff in my stanza have been modified. The gazelle lower trailing arm/shock mount is slightly different to the stanza. You would be best to cut them off and weld on the stanza ones. This is what's been done on mine. Also as mentioned previously the lower mounts are closer together on a stanza as well.
