Hey mate,

Welcome to my world.

I'd start with fuel. Can you take some photo's and tell us more about how the system is currently configured?

Regards,

Trent

What if the motor is running and you turn the steering wheel hard right while stationary?
What if you push and pull on the motor or sections of the wiring?
I would have thought a fuel feed issue would only show up after a couple of seconds with the motor under some load, like a long right hander.
I think there'd be almost immediate effect if there was some electrical interruption to the high pressure pump.
Is the pump in-tank or external?
Earthing problem?
Body flex or the weight of the fuel sloshing affecting the tank earth?

have you got the lines into the surge tank the right way around? Might sound like a silly question but I have seen it twice.
