The usual Stumpy ( now getting hard to find) fitted to MR30 or R30 Skyline is a B type, with the smaller selector forks, and narrower gears, ok but lacking with big power.
A C type Stumpy box, has the stronger bigger selectors, thicker mainshaft and top selector rod, and wider gears, same as found in a SR20 or RB20/30 box, but o/all length is 735mm
A std C type box is 860 long, a std B type is 800 long
Ideal for a SR20DET/CA18DET conversion into a 1600, Sunny, Stanza or 1200
I have 1 only, in standard ratios, can fit a Close Ratio set to it, it has a SR bellhousing fitted, but can swap that for a RB bell.
If you require it to fit another, ie CA , FJ, L, i can get it , f required, machined, and fitted.
