I've mounted a couple of side draft webers to a L20 and am having problems getting fuel into the engine.

I've primed the fuel lines and tested the fuel pump - all OK.
The fuel gets into the chambers - floats and needle & seat all clear and working well
I've also taken out and checked the emulsion tubes and main jets - all seem clear.
But fuel is not getting down into the venturis/chokes
Spraying fuel directly into the venturis/chokes gets the motor going

Anything I have missed - any tips?

hmm. Take the top cover off and turn the linkage that opens the butterfly. You should see the accelerator pump move up and down. The piston allows the fuel to pass through. If it's not working there could be a problem in a connection or the Pistons may even be seized inside the bore.

Have you orientated the aux centuries correctly so they don't block the holes into them?

The aux centuries were installed correctly - sent some air down the chamber from the emulsion tubes and saw fuel/air coming through.
But the accelerator pump was jammed (that's a good pic you got there).
Got them idling (very badly) tonight - now need to get them running properly.
Thanks guys.

I seen on a set of mikunis that a guy got a set and coulndt get it to work right.
if he could start it it would run but hard to start.
Find out the guy who sold the carbs put in the accel pump diaphram backward(180 off/inside out) so there would be no gas squirted in the carb.
Was working like a SU

I assume this motor was already running before the swap to the dcoe carb.
bad valve lash will not suck as in thru the venturis if no vacuum(seen this before guys put zero lash on new motors and wonder why it dont start. But just a reminder here
