I like to make individual inlet and exhaust manifold gaskets.
I really like having individual gaskets espesicially if you have to remove and exhaust manifold or inlet manifold seperately.
I've previously just made them out of graphite manifold gaskets but I've run out and I just want to cut my own.
What material should I use?
I'm looking for graphite material, would this stuff be good enough? Good for 500c ??

i think that stuff in the link in my first post the klinger top-graph 2000 doesnt have steel in the middle of the gasket sheet, looking on the klinger website it looks like the klinger topgraph 2800, is steel sheet impregnated.

however i just bought some of the manifold sheet from supershite auto, i cut some pieces already, individual for exhaust inlet, having seperately removed my inlet or exhaust manifold by them selves not intending to remove the other manifold. I always damage the gasket in a small but critical spot and i always install the gasket with anti sieze grease so they should come away clean, then i have to remove both manifolds a fit a new gasket. but since going to individual gaskets i havent had a problem.
Im going to do a few more a bit neater, ive got a few quality wad punches on the way incuding a 40mm punch for the big bore manifold. cnc ones would be great but im in nsw
