What ever you need go into your local flexible drive agencies and they can make/modify any cable you need. I've had an SR20 accelerator cable modified to suit a stanza, and I'm about to get R31 handbrake cables modified to suit the same.

If in northern burbs of melbourne I've had them done by speedscreen in camp belfield.
But recently I've just used a broken accelerator cable sheath and swaged a bike brake cable end onto it. Work's a treat

Call Joe at auto cables, he helped me out with the accelerator cable for my L20b in my 1200 coupe. i gave him samples of what i wanted on both ends and a piece of wire that was the length i wanted, he made it up and its still doing the job.
