HI All......Looking for a more highway friendly diff centre, for my Datto 620 project......happy for any advise, direction, or alternative suggestions of where I can get my hands on diff centre, that ratio starts with a 3 ??.....Happy to swap /sell the current 4.6 centre..........I only have 3 Datsun 620's, but hoping to expand my collection LOL

They're getting thin on the ground at wreckers yards now but probably the easiest way to find one would be to get one from a series 3 Bluebird. They are mostly 3.9:1. I'm not sure if the axle spline count is the same but worst-case you could take both diff centres to a diff shop and get them to switch the ratios over.

Just in case you dont find one I can get a 3.7 R&P from a local wreckers here in Japan
they pull them out inspect etc. for me but once you do the conversion rate they are
about $250 aud plus postage which is about 70aud. Just in case you are stuck as a
datsun 1200 ute I supplied uses a Z24 cranked L series that now revs well on the Hwy.
