hey all i dont have very much money at the money atm... im wondering where i can get a cheap engine crane from...

that is sufficient to lift fj20et

im not going to hire one as it will be out of car for a few months

arent engine stands like less then $100, then you could just hire a chain and tackle thingy to get it to the stand, then when ure ready, hire it again to put it back in

even if ur not going to put the engine on a stand, your better off just hiring a a crane and sitting the motor on an old tyre or blocks of wood etc. surely u dont want the motor suspended from the crane for months??

I might be able to lend you dads block and tackle for a while if your out my way. It lifted an L20b with gearbox no probs...
