my TOYO's are just about shagged now. 12 months, with a few hillclimbs, a couple of sprints, 2 tarmac rallies, and a fair bit on the roads. I will head for the new Kumho's on the next trip to the tire shop.

jeff,
I have not sen your new motor yet, but are you still running a standard inlet and exhaust.? pretty impressive if you are. cant wait to see it down the strip on the 9th

If your going to try the Kuhmo's Craig at Hornibrook motorsport is the guy to see, thats where I bought my Toyo's.


Inlet is std except I have a Pod filter.
Exhaust manifold is std except that I had to make up some twin pipes to run from the exhaust manifold down under the floor.

Extractors would have been nice, except that they would have to be custom made. :?

managed to punch out a 49.52 on the second run to take the class, tried a few different things to go faster, but they weren't the correct ones :roll:

48's in December ???????

well, i didnt make the 48's yet, a PB of 49.45 was the best that i could manage on the day......i guess theres always next year :)

ok, i am running tomorrow. should be the last event in the 1600. have to change diff tonight for better ratios, and see if i can get into the 50's. :twisted:

look at Marque sports, I entered the MR2 for the series, but it not ready, so they are letting me run the Datto.
